Built on the factory floor, not in a boardroom
AuditQMS Pro Suite exists because paper checklists and scattered spreadsheets weren't good enough for the plants we've worked in.
AuditQMS Pro Suite was founded by a quality assurance professional with hands-on experience across food manufacturing and aviation catering — the kind of environments where a missed CCP check or a lost audit trail has real consequences, not just a compliance ding.
After years of watching good QA teams get buried under paper checklists, disconnected spreadsheets, and findings that quietly went nowhere, we set out to build the platform we wished we'd had: one place where an audit finding becomes a CAPA, a CAPA links to a risk, and every one of them surfaces automatically at the next management review.
AuditQMS Pro Suite (Pty) Ltd is based in Kempton Park, South Africa, and built with an offline-first approach from day one — because the plants that need this most don't always have reliable connectivity.
How We Got Here
From checklist to platform
The problem
Years of hands-on QA and food safety work across manufacturing and aviation catering exposed the same gap everywhere: audits, CAPA, and risk lived in separate tools — or no tool at all.
The first build
A single-purpose audit checklist app, built to solve one real problem at a time — no findings lost, no CAPA forgotten.
Connecting the dots
Risk registers, document control, supplier quality, and laboratory management joined the platform — each one feeding the others automatically.
Management Review, built in
The last piece: a Management Review module that assembles the whole quarter's story automatically, instead of someone rebuilding it in a slide deck the night before.
